FROM OLD TOWN ALEXANDRIA ON DUKE STREET (WESTBOUND)Follow Duke St out of Old Town. You will pass the Telegraph Road and Interstate Highway exits on your right. As you pass under the Telegraph Road overpass, move to the right-most of the three lanes. Just after the next light, take the right exit onto the service road. FROM LANDMARK AREA ON DUKE STREET (EASTBOUND)Follow Duke St eastbound towards Old Town. After you pass the Alexandria Commons shopping center (Panera, AT&T, Giant Food, SunTrust Bank) on your left, you will come to a light with a 7-11 store on your left and Generous George's restaurant on your right. Turn left at this light, and then immediately turn right onto the service road. Turn at the first left in to the the Alexandria Medical and Professional Plaza.
